La Valle degli Aromi in Aragona has been operating in the organic agriculture sector for years. It also produces excellent fennel herbal teas.

Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) is a rustic Mediterranean aromatic plant belonging to the Apiacee family (Umbelliferae), known since ancient times for its aromatic properties.

Wild fennel is a spontaneous, perennial plant that grows in coastal areas. It is composed of green leaves reminiscent of hay.
Its chopped leaves are used in the kitchen, fresh or dried, to flavour soups, fish dishes, salads and cheese.
