La Valle degli Aromi in Aragona is a renowned organic farm that produces excellent quality aromatic herbs. 

By carefully following each phase of the production process, the products grown on our farm range from oregano from Sicily to laurel, chilli, sage and fennel.

Mixed herb jars

To facilitate the task for those who habitually use herbs, La Valle degli Aromi's farm in Aragona has created a jar that blends the three dried aromatic herbs par excellence in one package: oregano, sage and rosemary. 

These herbs can be used both separately or together, to give more flavour to your roasts, grilled meats, sauces or soups. The jar is the most convenient solution to bring the aromas of the region to your table. A tip: crumble the leaves, add oil and lemon and make a mixture to brush your meat with before putting it on the grill.

Mix of fresh Sicilian aromas

All of Sicily's aromas and scents are available in our mix of herbs from La Valle degli Aromi's farm. They include three essential herbs in Mediterranean cuisine: bay leaves, rosemary and sage.

    With meat and fish that require long cooking times, especially white ones, and with crustaceans, bay leaves offer real surprises to the palate. Furthermore, this aromatic herb can also be used in infusions with surprising digestive properties.


    Rosemary needles perfume the environment and characterise traditional dishes, as well as being renowned for its many medicinal properties.
